*Allied Health Professionals (except for JCR members) and Students are required to upload their identification certificate or its equivalent formal document (PDF/JPG/PNG/GIF) when they register.
*Registration is required for all participants, including graduate student.
Please check in at the registration desk at Waraku located at the B1F of Kobe Portopia Hotel Main Building and receive a Registration Card (name badge). Please wear your name badge inside the venue.
Cancellation deadline is Monday, April 15, 2024 at noon (JST).
10% of your total amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
* No cancellation is accepted after April 15, 2024.
* Transfer fee might be charged separately.
